It does so with software from the Atabix Suite, including a case management system, forms solution, and client portal solution. Clients use the Atabix Suite to digitize and professionally manage administrative processes and customer interactions. The software is implemented by Atabix’s specialized development sprint teams. Atabix employs 160 professionals and pursues an active buy-and-build strategy. Following previous acquisitions of companies such as Kodision, Oberon, and Mozard, One Fox now also joins the Atabix Group. One Fox, based in Utrecht, is an IT service provider specializing in process management, information management, and collaboration. One Fox is one of the leading OpenText partners in the Netherlands and also provides solutions based on Microsoft software. Since its founding, One Fox has built a strong reputation among clients and partners for its technical expertise and customer-focused approach. The company’s solutions focus on developing user-friendly business apps, optimizing processes, and realizing complex integrations. In addition, One Fox offers a product for anonymizing and archiving emails, chat messages, social media, and website content. The One Fox team consists of experienced specialists who continuously develop their skills, enabling the company to effectively address complex challenges. With the acquisition of One Fox, Atabix aims to further expand its offerings for (semi-)government organizations, particularly in the areas of document management, information management, and process optimization. Existing One Fox clients will benefit from access to other innovative products and services offered by Atabix, such as the Case Management System, Forms, and Client Portal solutions. **Strategic Synergy** Robert Groeneveld, Managing Director of One Fox, and Niels de Winter, Operations Director of One Fox, will remain closely involved in the further development of the joint portfolio.
