With this acquisition, **Atabix** adds crucial expertise to its portfolio to help (semi-)public organizations effectively search through and leverage the growing volume of data. The acquisition strengthens Atabix’s position as a leading partner for digital transformation within the public sector. #### About Atabix Based in Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Arnhem, Atabix focuses on digitizing critical processes for (semi-)public institutions. It does this through the Atabix Suite (including case management systems and solutions for forms and client portals) and the Mozard Suite (a software package specialized in Permits, Supervision, and Enforcement). Atabix follows an active buy & build strategy to further expand its position as a leading player in government digitalization. Following earlier acquisitions of Kodision, Oberon, Mozard, and One Fox, KnowledgePlaza now also joins the Atabix Group. #### About KnowledgePlaza KnowledgePlaza designs, implements, and manages Collaborative Enterprise Search and Big Data Analytics applications.
