The Dutch healthcare sector faces major challenges such as increasing demand for care (in both volume and complexity), growing staff shortages, and the need to further improve efficiency and quality. The proper use of technology offers great opportunities to address these challenges. To successfully achieve the necessary digital transformation, expertise is needed not only in healthcare processes and technology but also in change management and leadership. By joining forces and working more closely together, The Zorgkenners, BeBright, and Movimento become the ultimate transformation partner for Dutch healthcare providers. The Zorgkenners are specialists in IT transformations within healthcare. For over 20 years, they have supported the implementation of major programs such as EHR implementations, cybersecurity enhancements, and the optimization of healthcare processes. In these programs, healthcare processes—not IT—are always the central focus. “We are very pleased with this new collaboration. By combining our specific IT and process expertise within healthcare with BeBright and Movimento’s strengths in strategy, change management, and leadership, we can truly make a difference in accelerating healthcare transformation,” says Roger van Driel, Managing Partner of The Zorgkenners. BeBright is a strategy and innovation consultancy for the healthcare sector. The firm supports the Dutch healthcare system in finding solutions to major challenges such as *Growing Older 2040*. In early 2024, BeBright already joined forces with Movimento. Movimento contributes to healthcare transformation by placing the right people in the right positions. Through its executive search and interim management propositions, it helps healthcare institutions find suitable leadership.
