The company offers high-quality equipment, including medical refrigerators and freezers, as well as temperature monitoring solutions and related services such as maintenance, calibration and 24/7 alarm monitoring and response.
MF Medical Services aims to strengthen its position in temperature-controlled solutions for healthcare organisations, while further developing its presence in the laboratory and pharmaceutical markets. To accelerate this growth, the company intends to join forces with complementary providers of temperature-controlled solutions.
To support this ambition, MF Medical Services has partnered with DELTA Equity Partners. DELTA will provide capital and buy-and-build expertise, open up its network and act as a strategic sparring partner to management. Together, MF Medical Services and DELTA aim to build a leading provider of temperature-controlled solutions for healthcare organisations, laboratories and pharmaceutical companies in the Netherlands and Northwestern Europe.
MF Medical Services was founded in 2004 by Maurice Friskes. Maurice will continue to lead the company as CEO and shareholder.
