Bright Digital
Bright Digital was founded in 2016 by Lambert van Asselt and Johan Lammers. Originally based in Apeldoorn, the agency has grown into a leading full-service HubSpot partner with 50 professionals and a second office in Amsterdam. Bright provides services in HubSpot consultancy, website and CRM development, and digital marketing. In recent years, Bright has already made several acquisitions: Cliptoo Marketing (2019) and the fast-growing Seefore from Harderwijk (2021). The latter is the former company of Henry van Olst, now Sales Director and partner at Bright.
Vet Digital
Vet Digital was founded in 2012 by Erik Verpoort as a website and marketing agency. Later, partner Ron Schaminee joined as CFO, and the company chose to strategically focus on HubSpot. Vet Digital now employs over 30 people, operates from Nijmegen, and recently opened its first international office in Denmark. The agency offers HubSpot consultancy, website and CRM development, and digital marketing services. Previous acquisitions by Vet Digital include Heuvel Marketing and Marketing Penguin.
Synergy with HubSpot
Both Bright Digital and Vet Digital are fully dedicated to HubSpot — the all-in-one CRM platform for Sales, Marketing, and Service.
The U.S.-based company is rapidly gaining market share from other well-known CRM providers. As part of its strategy to serve larger clients, HubSpot is seeking strong regional partners with extensive capacity and expertise in each continent.

The investment firm has extensive experience in building successful IT companies through this strategy.
